Whitelock’s Head Chef Sebas says a fond farewell to Whitelock’s and Leeds with a special final Dinner Club menu.
Five incredible dishes inspired by his hometown of Murcia, showcasing beautiful seafood, and a signature favourite.

“This will be my last shift at Whitelock’s after nearly 5 years, it has been an absolute honour to be part of this emblematic pub.
I can only express my love for one of the most iconic pubs in the UK and all the team.
I’m proud of having been part of the creation of our now well established Dinner Clubs where I’ve been able to bring back fond food memories from my background, so once again I’m bringing a menu based on some traditional south east Spain flavours.
