The Menu
Amuse-Bouche
Medjool date stuffed with clotted cream and honey, topped with crushed pistachios
Lebanon – Smoked Moutabal
Roasted aubergine purée, tahini, sumac, chervil pesto, lemon & oregano pita bread
Greece – Spanakopita
Filo pastry filled with spinach, feta, dill and spring onions, served with cracked black pepper honey
Syria – Mahshi
Courgette with beef ragu, served on a bed of vermicelli rice with mint & tomato sauce
Turkey – Ankara Tava
Slow-braised lamb shoulder served on aromatic bulgur wheat
Sicily – Delizia al Limone
Lemon curd mousseline, lemon gel, burnt white chocolate
