Begin your journey with the delicate flavours of a single Oyster topped with a Bloody Mary Gel. Next, Salt Cod Ravioli in Lobster Sauce, a marriage of land and sea in every bite.
Following that, Halibut Poached in Duck Fat, a melt-in-your-mouth sensation that showcases the epitome of fine dining.
Then, immerse yourself in the bold and aromatic Pork and Seafood Vietnamese Broth, a dish showcasing his love of Vietnamese flavours.
For the main course, indulge in the classic Steak Frites with Béarnaise Sauce, a timeless combination that never fails to delight.
Finally for dessert a decadent Stilton Cheesecake, a harmonious blend of savoury and sweet that leaves a lasting impression.
