Our Valentine’s Day Dinner Club has been created by our Head Chef Nick Robertson, celebrating some of the history of Whitelock’s!
Nick says:
“For my first Dinner Club menu of 2023 I am celebrating the food served in Whitelock’s going back exactly 123 years in time. I recently came across a menu from February 14th 1900, a decidedly classical French menu that I’ve had to research extensively, as a lot of these dishes and techniques have fallen out of favour in the last century and aren’t something I have come across in my near 15 year career.
I hope you join us to celebrate St. Valentine’s Day with this menu inspired by the food served down our alleyway 45 days into the 20th century.”
