Our March Dinner Club is brought to us by our awesome Sous Chef, Sebas Gandia, who hails from the south east of Spain.
Sebas says “For my 3rd Dinner Club, I am bringing you a menu mixing up both of my worlds — using my Spanish background and my 10 years plus of experience as a chef in the UK. I am combining some fond memories of my grandmother’s cooking at home when I was a child, and some of the ingredients and techniques I discovered when I moved to Leeds. That cultural collusion soon became my DNA as a chef. This menu is like a playground for me, so I hope you can join me and enjoy a great evening of Spanish / British fusion!”
As always we will be offering a drinks pairing to go with each course — no need to book this in advance, decide on the night!
