For our September Dinner Club, Jordan McDarby (Whitelock’s Jr Sous Chef) will be taking over & directing the kitchen & producing 5 cinematic courses; “For my first Whitelock’s Dinner Club I have taken inspiration from one of my other passions, Cinema. Creating my take on dishes from some of my favourite films, past and present, and turning them into dishes that express my love of food”.
Nick Robertson (Whitelock’s Head Chef); “A chef can be inspired by any art form, from paintings to poetry. I am excited to see Jordan execute this menu and showcase some of his passions both professionally and personally”.
