Join us for a special evening for our August Dinner Club, featuring a collaboration between two great friends Whitelock’s Head Chef Seb and Stuzzi’s Sous Chef Liz Fairbrass. Seb & Liz have known each other for years travelling the world experiencing amazing food and learning new techniques.
This six course dinner club menu is the result of all those travels and conversations as these two talented chefs blend their unique styles and flavours creating a special six course tasting menu for you to enjoy.

Deep fried mussels, katsuobushi, ‘nduja aioli
Octopus carpaccio, citrus salsa, saffron & confit garlic emulsion
Cod and bone marrow tortellini, fish butter sauce, pickled shimeji mushrooms, seaweed oil
Pig ears terrine (a la plancha), pomme purée, smoked chimichurri
Lemongrass parfait, almond praline
Mille-feuille, taleggio cheese & Pedro Ximénez crème pât, dates, PX sherry reduction
